Prizes are as follows:

For naming the "book group" you will receive TWO books written by Heather Moore. These books are the first two in her Our of Jerusalem Series. Heather will be a guest on the show later this month.

We will draw names from those who enter the second contest. All of you who submit questions for Heather (either through email or voice) will go into the drawing. You will win a beautiful locket from The Remember Company.

This week we discussed the book, The Giver, by Lois Lowry. We read a book summary first for those who haven't read the book but still want to participate.

Our friend, Rachael, from the 6620 West Kidcast joined us as a co-host. We've invited her to co-host every month!!

We got our first voice mail!! Thanks, Dana - you should email me so we can talk about you doing some segments!!!

The song was Opposition, from the My Turn on Earth soundtrack.

Don't forget that next month's book is The Hiding Place, by Corrie Ten Boom. There is a new section on the right with links for upcoming books! Please read the book and email, phone in, or just click the "leave voice mail" link on the right to leave your questions/comments!

  • A HUGE thanks to Magstatic for letting us use their wonderful music on our show each and every week!

  • Another HUGE thanks to Heather Moore for sending us Vol. 1 and Vol. 2 in her Out of Jerusalem series. We can't wait for our interview with you.
